data from <strong data-start=\"894\" data-end=\"906\">Fotocasa<\/strong>, 21% of current demand has been directly incentivized by previous improvements in interest rates.Even more revealing: <strong 2025<\/strong>, showing how demand is once again beginning to put pressure on prices, especially in consolidated and high-demand areas.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"2211\" data-end=\"2252\">Mortgages: Is there a silent war?<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2254\" data-end=\"2619\">Although the Euribor has fallen, <strong data-start=\"2286\" data-end=\"2330\">the banks have adopted a cautious position<\/strong>.There are no significant visible discounts in the catalog offers, bu<strong data-start=\"2400\" data-end=\"2464\">t there are more competitive conditions in
